We don't collect processor fees. Those go to the payment network. Pick ACH and pay nothing.
Rent is due on the 1st. Grace period ends end-of-day on the 5th. A $75 late fee posts on the 6th, per RCW 59.18.170 and your lease. On the 8th, a 14-day pay-or-vacate notice may go out per state law.
Call us before the 1st. We work out payment plans when we can — much better than letting it spiral. Clark County also has rental assistance through Council for the Homeless.
