Washington law (RCW 59.18.280) gives us 30 days to return a deposit, or to provide a written itemized statement of deductions. We mail it inside 14 in almost every case.
Yes. Showings are by appointment and usually happen within 48 hours of request. Self-showings available on select vacant homes after an ID verification.
Yes. Washington law prohibits source-of-income discrimination, and we comply. Apply the same way.
Most of our homes accept pets with owner approval — typically a $300 pet deposit and $35/month pet rent per animal. Service and assistance animals are not pets under fair housing law.
In single-family homes, tenants pay all utilities. Multifamily varies — check the listing.
$75 flat fee after the 5th of the month, per RCW 59.18.170 and your lease. One-time courtesy waiver on request, once per lease.
